The Passive House Institute is organising a workshop on districtPH on Thursday February 20, 2020 in the framework of the bautec exhibition taking place from 18 to 21 February 2020 at Messe Berlin, Germany. 

This second Webinar will explore the cost-benefit on deep refurbishment, seeking to evaluate if it is worth it. All this by means of presenting financing models for renovations, co-benefit analysis and detailing the socio-economic aspects implied in the project.

This first Webinar will focus on real-life experiences from Bolzano (IT) and Innsbruck (AT) . Participants will discover the stories behind the implementation of large scale energy efficiency projects in the two cities as part of the SINFONIA project, from inception to completion, with a focus on lessons learnt.

SINFONIA will be presented in three sessions about deep retrofits and Passive House districts at 23rd Passive House Conference in Gaobeidian in China.
