This second Webinar will explore the cost-benefit on deep refurbishment, seeking to evaluate if it is worth it. All this by means of presenting financing models for renovations, co-benefit analysis and detailing the socio-economic aspects implied in the project.

This first Webinar will focus on real-life experiences from Bolzano (IT) and Innsbruck (AT) . Participants will discover the stories behind the implementation of large scale energy efficiency projects in the two cities as part of the SINFONIA project, from inception to completion, with a focus on lessons learnt.

SINFONIA will be presented in three sessions about deep retrofits and Passive House districts at 23rd Passive House Conference in Gaobeidian in China.

City of Rosenheim will hold its first dissemination workshop to share and discuss lessons leartn from Bolzano and Innsbruck
