Which financing models for efficient buildings exist in the social housing sector? The Smart City Campagne-Areal project in Innsbruck, a Climate and Energyfund project. The ecodistricts and the EU FP7 City-zen project in the City of Grenoble. The contribution of European R&D projects to innovation in buildings: the case of the EU FP7 Sinfonia project.
