On 4 September, the competing finalists in the five different categories of the .eu WEB AWARDS 2017 have been announced by EURid, the platform managing .eu domain names. The Sinfonia website has been selected among the three finalists of the "Better world" category, rewarding websites presenting green projects and initiatives.
Since their creation in 2014, the .eu WEB AWARDS represent a unique chance for European websites to stand out from the over 3.7 million registered .eu domain names. All finalists will be presented in the special edition of EURid's online magazine and during the award ceremony, to be held on 21 November at Théâtre du Vaudeville, Brussels.
The winners of the .eu WEB AWARDS 2015 will be those five – one per category – nominees who, having been assessed against a set of evaluation criteria, receive the highest points from a jury. The Sinfonia project will be represented there by Guillaume Corradino, manager of the Sinfonia project"s Communication Campaign.
